Monday 4:30pm
Wednesday - 5:30 pm
Saturday - 9:30 am

Enhance motor skills and build muscle strength while developing balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence. Learn basic foundations of tumbling such as forward roll, backward roll, handstand, and cartwheel. Perfect opportunity for potty-trained 3-6 year-olds to practice making new friends, waiting for their turn, and following structured adult direction. This is a 45-minute class.

Monday - 5:15 pm
Wednesday - 4:30 pm & 6:30 pm

Perfect for beginners with no prior experience necessary. Focus on the incredibly important foundations of tumbling. Develop confidence, enhance motor skills, and build muscle strength. Work on balance, coordination, and flexibility. Skills include but are not limited to basic arm to head positioning, lunge from both sides, forward roll, backward roll, handstand, cartwheel from both sides, bridge up, backbend, and bridge up kick over from both legs. Safety and technique are emphasized. Ages 5-18. This is a 45-minute class.

Focus on balance and full-body coordination. This class is structured to be the next natural step after all basics are mastered. Skills learned include but are not limited to: handstand and cartwheel from both side lunges, backbend kick over from both legs, back and front walkover from both legs, connected front walkover cartwheel back walkover, as well as beginning stages of snap downs and round offs. Both leg back and front walkover are recommended to advance to Handsprings. Ages 5-18. This is an hour class.

Thursday - 5:45 pm

The athlete must independently be able to execute front and back walkovers. Speed and power are introduced through core engagement and snap downs. Skills learned are as follows but are not limited to: candlestick, handstand snap down, round off, standing back handspring, back handspring step out, back walkover back handspring connection, front handspring, round off scoop and beginning stages of round off back handspring. Increased strength and conditioning incorporated throughout. Ages 5-18. This is an hour class.

Saturday - 9:30 am

Focus on balance, technique, and full-body coordination. This class is structured to be the next natural step after all basics are mastered. Skills learned include but are not limited to: handstand and cartwheel from both side lunges, backbend kick over from both legs, back and front walkover from both legs, connected front walkover cartwheel back walkover, as well as beginning stages of snap downs and round offs. Safety and technique are emphasized. Ages 4+. This is an hour class.

Saturday - 10:00 am

The athlete must independently be able to execute a standing back handspring. Increase power into tumbling and begin to connect specialty level 2 tumbling passes. Skills learned are as follows but are not limited to: candlestick, handstand snap down, round off, round off scoop, round off rebound, round off back handspring, front walkover round off back handspring, front handspring round off back handspring, as well as adding multiple back handsprings to round off with gradual speed increase. Increased strength and conditioning incorporated throughout. Ages 6-18. This is an hour class.

Saturday - 11:15 am

The athlete must independently be able to execute standing handsprings, round off back handspring, and round off back handspring multiples. Continue to increase power and control into tumbling by focusing on multiple standing back handsprings in a series, as well as an introduction to layouts and tucks. Core engagement, speed, and consistency are focused on. Skills learned are as follows but are not limited to: candlestick, standing series back handsprings, standing back handspring tuck, punch front, side aerial and front aerial. Increased strength and conditioning incorporated throughout. Ages 7-18. This is an hour class.

Tuesday - 7:00 pm
Thursday - 7:00 pm

The athlete must independently be able to execute standing handsprings, round off back handspring, and round off back handspring multiples. Continue to increase power and control into tumbling by focusing on multiple standing back handsprings in a series, as well as an introduction to layouts, pikes, and tucks. Core engagement, speed, and consistency are focused on. Skills learned are as follows but are not limited to: handstand snap downs, candlestick, standing series back handsprings, standing back handspring tuck, punch front, side aerial, and front aerial. Increased strength and conditioning incorporated throughout. Ages 7-18. This is an hour class.
