Description: Intro to Cheer classes are designed for athletes with little to no cheer experience.
Within this class athletes will be introduced to the basic cheer positions, terminology, dance and basic tumbling.
Class length: 45 minutes

Description: Cheer for Fun classes are designed for athletes who have shown proficiency in the
skills taught in Intro to Cheer. Cheer for Fun is an 8-12 week "session" that will introduce the athlete to learning a routine by using beginning level stunting, dance and tumbling. Throughout the session the students will learn and be able to perform a cheer routine which will be performed at a special event at the end of the session.

Description: Tumbling 1 is an introduction to tumbling designed for athletes with little to know tumbling experience. This class will teach the basic tumbling shapes as well as introduce the athletes to basic skills including forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels.

Description: Tumbling 2 is a continuation of Tumbling 1. This class is intended for athletes who are proficient at the skills taught in Tumbling 1. In our Tumbling 2 class athletes will be introduced to Handstand to Bridge, Back Bends, Bridge up Kick Overs and Back Walkovers

Description: Tumbling 3 is a continuation of Tumbling 3. This class is intended for athletes who are proficient at the skills taught in Tumbling 1 and 2. In our Tumbling 3 class athletes will be introduced to Round-Offs, Front Handsprings and Back Handsprings.

Description: Tumbling 4 is a continuation of Tumbling 3. This class is intended for athletes who are proficient at the skills taught in Tumbling 1,2,3. In our Tumbling 4 class athletes will be introduced to combination tumbling, front tucks, back tucks, aerials and more.
